Assembly Hiring, LLC is a recruiting company that works for schools and districts. This page covers two kinds of people: school leaders who send us a role to fill, and educators we contact about an opening.
If you sent us a role
The request form asks for your name, work email, title, organization, city and state, and the role you need to fill. We use that to run the search and follow up with you at your work email. Contacting us does not put you on a marketing list, and we do not sell your information. Our hosting provider keeps the standard technical logs it needs to run and secure the site.
If we contacted you about a role
When a school or district asks us to fill a position, we look for people who might be a fit. We find them through professional profiles in commercial databases, public records such as state teaching-license lookups, referrals from educators and school leaders, and anything you send us yourself through an ad or a form. We use that information to judge whether a role could suit you, to tell you about the opening, and, if you are interested, to introduce you to the school or district that is hiring. The hiring team for that role sets the criteria we search against and may see your name and background before we contact you. Your information goes to that hiring team and to the service providers that run our systems, and to no one else. We do not sell it.
If you do not want to hear from us, reply to any message or email us, and we will add you to our do-not-contact list. You can also ask what we hold about you or ask us to delete it. We do that within 30 days.
